Collision Damage Waiver/CDW (Not Insurance)
When CDW is accepted and applicable fees paid, the renter obtains protection for collision damage to the rental vehicle, Service Rent-A-Car, Inc shall be responsible for:

A.Any amount in excess of the deductible stated in collision damage waiver provision on rental agreement.

B.All damages in excess of Renter’s collectible insurance in an amount not to exceed the value of the vehicle.
* Note * Damages caused by snow chains are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Road Hazard and Act of God Waiver/RDW (Not Insurance)
When the RHW is accepted and the applicable fee paid, the renter obtains protection for the following types of damage to the rental vehicle: Physical damage to the windshield or tires. Damage to the vehicle caused by vandalism or an event of nature over which humans have little or no control, such as, earthquake, lightning, flood, landslide, hail, etc.
* Note * Damages caused by snow chains are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI)
Provides you and any other authorized driver with a separate insurance policy providing coverage against third party claims for personal injuries and property damage, only in excess of the maximum limits of coverage on your personal and/or business liability insurance up to a maximum combined single limit of one million dollars (US) per occurrence. Your insurance policy is primary with respect to any and all third party claims for personal injuries and property damages by third parties arising out of your use or operation of the rental vehicle.

If renters insurance fails for any reason to provide coverage, renter shall be solely responsible. Service Rent-A-Car Inc. does not carry comprehensive insurance and does not offer such coverage. Any damage to this vehicle, except for collision damage when Collision Damage Waiver is purchased is the sole responsibility of the renter. Damages caused by snow chains are the sole responsibility of the renter.
